Rim Measurements Made Easy
When measuring a rim, pin the outside rim first; allow a 2" overlap and cut. Unpin it and take another length of rim material. Hold it up beside the outside rim piece and cut a new piece 2" shorter. That will be all you will need for the inside rim piece. Generally, the difference between the inside and outside rims is 2". Submitted by Laura Lee Zanger LLZANGER@aol.com
